Trident Plating, Inc(TPI) is among the most experienced and versatile metal finishing operations in Southern California, providing Electro-Plating/Metal Finishing & surface protection with enhancements to the engineering properties of ferrous and nonferrous materials. Every part is processed to precise specifications and requirements per our valued customers request. We perform all processing, large parts, small parts, high production or short runs, to the latest applicable prime contractor, military, defense and civilian specifications. When finished parts leave our processing facility, they are stronger, more durable, and fully prepared to thrive in the most hostile wear and corrosive environments.

Located in Santa Fe Springs, CA, TPI was incorporated in 1981. TPI provides specialty metal finishing for the defense, aviation and emerging electronics industries. With over 100 years of Plating Experience, TPI’s philosophy is to always provide first-rate quality and service to ALL our customers.

Over the years, TPI has built a reputation for innovation by developing processes, finishes and capacity to meet customer needs. And above all we listen! We work closely with our customers and value their feedback. Our inspection & chemical experts are always available to you for help with specific metal finishing problems & troubleshooting.

Our Quality Policy:

Trident Plating, Inc.’s Quality Policy is to remain competitive with regards to quality, cost and delivery of plated components, assemblies, and/or services that conform to all the specified requirements and the reasonable expectations for continuous improvement. Process activities are directed toward defect prevention methods, such as statistical control and variability reduction, and visual controls as among others, rather than defect detection.

Process control is implemented extensively in very aspect of Trident’s operation. This monitors the quality process that ensures that the products outputted by Trident Plating, meets the design requirements and the customers’ expectations.

Trident’s Quality Manual documents and establishes the internal quality system and quality assurance program.

Product quality is the responsibility of the entire Trident Plating team.

Implementation of our quality program is the task of every employee / worker at Trident Plating, Inc. This results in an orderly workflow, both for existing and new plating job specifications.

The undersigned certifies herein, that the above stated quality policies and the attached Quality Manual are presented with the full support of management and has been implemented extensively as set forth herein.
